Why homeowners call us

Straight Answers, Not a Sales Script

Chimneys, dryer vents and air ducts are hidden systems, and most people in Orange County have no way to judge what a contractor tells them. So we make it checkable. Every finding is photographed, every price is written down before the work starts and airflow is measured where it matters, so the result is something you can see and not just something you were told.

We also say when a service is not needed. Duct cleaning is not worth doing on a clean, recently serviced system. A chimney with a few hairline cracks may not need relining. A dryer vent that only needs cleaning should not be re-routed. Doing less than the maximum is part of the job.

Coastal-grade materials

Stainless steel caps and chase covers, breathable masonry protection, and hardware chosen to survive salt air.

Both fuel types

Wood-burning fireplaces get swept, gas fireplaces get serviced, and we tell you which visit yours needs.

One number for everything

Chimney, fireplace, duct, dryer vent and HVAC cleaning, so one phone call covers the whole house.

Questions We Get Every Week

Short answers about price, timing and how the work is done.

How much does chimney sweeping cost in Orange County?
A standard chimney sweep with a Level 1 inspection starts at $149. Heavy creosote, multi-flue chimneys or difficult roof access cost more, and you get the exact price in writing before we start. Call (714) 576-7201.
How much does air duct cleaning cost?
Whole-home air duct cleaning starts at $249 for up to ten registers, with additional registers at $15 each. A dryer vent cleaning bundled with it starts at $89.
Do you clean dryer vents as well as chimneys and ducts?
Yes. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $99 and includes an airflow measurement before and after. We also repair, re-route and install dryer vents when cleaning is not enough.
Which cities do you serve?
We work out of Huntington Beach and serve Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Seal Beach, Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Irvine, along with the areas between them. See the service area page for the full list.
How quickly can you come out?
Most appointments are available within a day or two, and same-day slots open up when the schedule allows. We confirm a time window when you book.
Will I get a written estimate before work starts?
Yes. Every job is quoted in writing, and the price does not change on the day unless you approve additional work that we find and show you first.
Does a gas fireplace need servicing?
Yes. A gas fireplace does not build creosote, but the burner, glass, pilot assembly and vent still need a yearly check, and the vent can collect debris and nests.
How often should ducts, chimneys and dryer vents be cleaned?
As a rule: chimneys once a year, dryer vents once a year, air ducts every three to five years and HVAC equipment every two years. A renovation, a pest problem or heavy use can shorten those intervals.
Why does living near the coast matter for a chimney?
Salt air corrodes metal caps and chase covers, and damp coastal mornings keep masonry wetter than inland brick. That is why we fit stainless steel and breathable protective coatings on coastal homes.
Do you work on homes with HOA rules?
Yes. Where an HOA controls the look of roof-mounted items such as chimney caps, we can supply dark or copper finishes that stay within the rules.
